Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you use rgbspot.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We keep data collection deliberately narrow: we are a services business, not an advertising business.
1. Information you give us
When you submit the order form or email us, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your website URL
- The service, budget range, authority bands or distribution package you selected
- Anything you choose to write in the message field
If you become a client, we additionally hold the details needed to run and invoice your campaign — target pages, keyword lists, billing contact and payment records.
2. Information collected automatically
Our hosting platform records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps. This is used for security, uptime and aggregate traffic analysis. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell any of it.
3. How we use your information
- To prepare and send your quotation
- To deliver, manage and report on services you order
- To issue invoices and process payments
- To respond to questions and provide support
- To meet accounting and legal record-keeping obligations
We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without explicit opt-in, and we never sell or rent your details to third parties.
4. Cookies
This site uses only what is necessary to function correctly. We do not run third-party advertising or retargeting pixels. If we later add analytics, this policy will be updated first and a consent notice added where required.
5. Service providers
A small number of processors handle data on our behalf, strictly to deliver the service:
- Website hosting and CDN — serves this site and logs technical request data.
- Form delivery — relays your order form submission to our inbox.
- Email — hosts our correspondence with you.
- Payment processing — handles card and transfer payments. We never see or store full card details.
Each is bound to use the data only for the purpose we specify. Some may store data outside your country; where that happens we rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers.
6. Publisher and campaign data
To fulfil a placement we may share your brand name, target URL, and the agreed article with a publisher or distribution partner. We share only what the placement requires. Your budget, internal notes and other campaign details are never disclosed.
7. Retention
Enquiries that do not convert are deleted within twelve months. Client records are retained for the life of the relationship and then for the period required by tax and accounting law, after which they are erased or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your data where we have no ongoing legal reason to keep it
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on it
Send the request through our contact form and we will respond within thirty days.
9. Security
Data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to client records is limited to the team members working on your account, protected by strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your commercial data as we would want ours treated.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will remove it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post any revision on this page and update the date above. Significant changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated by email.
12. Contact
Privacy questions or requests can be sent through our contact form.
